Aims of the exercises
The objective of these exercises is to develop the strength,
resistance or elasticity of the muscles
which intervene in the activity and support of the back. There are
no guarantees that painful back crises shall be eliminated, but
the more developed your muscles are, the less the risk of these
occuring. Exercise
has been shown to reduce the risk of suffering from back pain
and to improve its evolution in chronic patients.
These exercises attempt to fulfill these objectives with two main
concerns:
- To avoid the risk of damage when performing the exercises
- To ensure the best use of the time you dedicate to such exercises.
