Cervical-dorsal stretches
Lateral tilt of neck
Sit down and let your arms hang loose, looking forward, back straight
and preferably supported. From this position, and without turning
your head, tilt it gently toward the right, bringing the ear closer
to the shoulder on that side, without raising your shoulder. Hold
this position for a moment and return to the starting position.
Make the movement on the opposite side and repeat it on one side
and the other until the series is completed.
Make sure that throughout the whole exercise you
keep looking forward, with no turning to the left or right.
