Cervical-dorsal stretches

Rocking of arms

Sit down and let your arms hang loose. Look forward with your back straight and preferably supported. Swing your arms alternately forwards and backwards, so that when the right arm is in front the left one is behind and vice versa. Repeat this movement until the series is completed.
